Newcastle Chronicle covers the Research Performance Expectations dispute

The Newcastle Chronicle covered the dispute over Research Performance Expectations in an article on 30 May. Under the headline ‘Newcastle University professors set to refuse to mark exams and essays in targets row’ the local paper quoted an undergraduate who stated that ‘It is critical that we support the strike to defend a democratically ran University for the sake of a supportive learning environment.’
